It has been over an hour since I requested to speak with the doctor. It took me over a week of requesting he be put on morphine for them to finally listen and do it. It also took a public anxiety attack with tears of pain for them to finally listen to me and give him the morphine. This is supposed to be end of life care and I have to cry and fight for my grandpa to go in peace peacefully in no pain? Furthermore, my grandpa was denied Medicaid so the owner has the right to openly walk into my grandpa's room on his death bed trying to get me to pay his bill...? They call my grandmother repeatedly, who we've already explained is going through chemo and stage four cancer regarding his medical bill at the pavilion..?

My mother died, and was in a coma for ten days after that. The lawyer handling my case has said this place is notorious for lawsuits. I spoke to the director and it was like she didn't care. They tried to cover up the whole story, which obviously did not coincide with the ambulance and hospital reports.

Using advanced techniques, these therapists work as a team to help you recover as quickly as possible. 2 months ago, my mom stayed on the 2nd floor . The PT, nurses and cleaning staff were pleasant. Patients were on a schedule for changing, feeding, medicine and sunctioned.
I like this place because the staff treats you very good. I like the food very much and the soup is the best. Recreation always plays music which helps me relax, I dont want to leave. I like the way they are painting the floor and changing stuff around. Nursing homes that are certified by Medicare & Medicaid are inspected each year.

Also, the team that greets you upon entering the facility are so sweet and friendly . What a wonderful experience since my sister in law who entered in July looked like she wasn’t going to make it and is leaving able to walk with a walker with some assistance . The ladies in the Medicare office were great, the social worker always got back to me when I emailed her and your concierge lady was on the ball and informed.

As soon as she heard my shock and that I was upset she did not apologize instead she immediately transferred me to a case worker. The case worker was comforting but she has no idea what happened to him she is reading of the notes in they system and couldn't clearly tell us what he had died from. This place is the wrong place to send your loved one please do not send them here. We did not have a choice and we will regret sending him here for the rest of our lives. They do not care for the patients and do not care for the families. Again take my advice please avoid this place.

My Grandfather was recently admitted to this nursing home from a hospital. This is also during the coronavirus so we knew once he went to a nursing home we wouldn't be able to see him which also made us hesitant because we were not able to go in to talk to anyone or take a tour.
But I am his only advocate and I have to let anyone reading this know...please go elsewhere. If I could turn back time and do this all again...this is the last place I would send him. When we came here initially he had a foot infection. They did not administer antibiotics for the infection until it was too late.
